The goal of my interdisciplinary research is to apply ML/NLP techniques to assist Public Health policy decisions supported by NDEWS & NIDA by enhancing the neural learning and augmenting ML/DL algorithms with declarative, evolving knowledge and ontology to solve challenging problems in social good applications.
